Seeking a senior associate or counsel to join a busy commercial real estate team in the San Francisco office of a leading international law firm. The group handles a broad range and high volume of transactional work representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across the investment lifecycle.

Day-to-day work will include acquisitions, dispositions and sophisticated financings, with opportunities to work on joint ventures and fund-side matters. The role offers significant transactional responsibility on complex, institutional real estate matters and prospects for professional development within a national practice platform.

At least 5 years post‑JD transactional real estate experience (JD 2020 or equivalent)
Significant experience on acquisitions, dispositions and real estate financings
Comfort working on high‑volume, institutional commercial real estate matters
Joint venture experience and strong drafting, negotiation and client‑management skills preferred
