Join our national Real Estate team and take on a client-facing role advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, property management, real estate finance, corporate real estate support, and cross-border real estate work. Our clients span major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, funders, renewable energy providers, and healthcare organisations.

You will manage your own caseload, support other team members, draft key real estate documents, and liaise with internal and external parties. As the role develops, you may supervise and mentor more junior colleagues. You will be expected to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines and targets, and contribute to the smooth running of the team.

We are looking for a solicitor with 0–2 years' PQE and a genuine, demonstrable interest in real estate work. Experience of development and regeneration matters is an advantage. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines are essential. A flexible, team-focused approach is key.
