Real Estate Transactions Associate — New York

Mid-level associate role in a busy New York real estate transactions practice. The position focuses on complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, cross-practice team and work on lender- and borrower-side financings as well as equity joint-venture matters and asset-level deals. The group values strong drafting and deal-management skills and clear client communication.

• JD (Class of 2022–2023) or equivalent; recent associate experience at a comparable firm
• Substantial transactional experience with real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
• Experience across multiple real estate asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong academic credentials
• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
