Seeking a mid-level associate to join a national real estate transactions team based in Santa Monica. The role focuses on complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, cross-practice environment working on sophisticated transactional matters for institutional and corporate real estate clients. The team values strong drafting, deal-management skills and the ability to work effectively with lenders, borrowers and other deal counterparties.

JD (Class of 2022–2023) or equivalent; outstanding academic credentials
Substantial transactional experience with complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower), joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions
Experience across multiple property types (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality) preferred
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience at a comparable law firm or with sophisticated transactional work
