A leading international law firm is seeking a qualified solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its global Regulatory Compliance team in Warsaw. This role provides in-house legal advice on regulatory compliance, professional conduct, and risk management across the firm’s worldwide network.

You will advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters, develop and implement policies, manage incidents and breaches (including interaction with the SRA), and support ESG initiatives. You will also contribute to a strong risk culture and may occasionally respond to enquiries outside core hours.

This role is ideal for a lawyer with experience in legal/regulatory compliance within global professional services, preferably in the legal sector.

Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ PQE, ideally with experience advising on legal and regulatory compliance within global professional services firms (preferably legal sector), with a focus on risk mitigation, governance, and professional conduct.
Strong knowledge of SRA regulatory framework and professional standards.
Experience developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and provide practical advice.
Willingness to occasionally respond to enquiries outside core hours (global coverage).
