An international law firm is seeking lawyers at Lawyer, Associate, and Senior Associate levels to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
  • Handling real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations
  • Advising on investment projects and construction processes
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to real estate and construction projects
  • Providing comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients
  • Participating in local and international projects with cross-jurisdictional teams
  • Independently managing projects, developing client relationships, and coordinating team members' work
  • Supporting junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience
  • Contributing to business development, publications, and industry events

Candidate profile:

  • Admission to the Polish bar (radca prawny or adwokat) required for Associate and Senior Associate roles; law degree required for Lawyer role
  • Professional experience in real estate, construction, or a related area
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management, and/or investment and construction processes
  • Experience in independently managing projects and building client relationships
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong independence, responsibility, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Openness to working in a large, dynamic, international environment
