An international law firm is seeking lawyers at Lawyer, Associate, and Senior Associate levels to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

Advising on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
Handling real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations
Advising on investment projects and construction processes
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to real estate and construction projects
Providing comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients
Participating in local and international projects with cross-jurisdictional teams
Independently managing projects, developing client relationships, and coordinating team members' work
Supporting junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience
Contributing to business development, publications, and industry events

Candidate profile:

Admission to the Polish bar (radca prawny or adwokat) required for Associate and Senior Associate roles; law degree required for Lawyer role
Professional experience in real estate, construction, or a related area
Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management, and/or investment and construction processes
Experience in independently managing projects and building client relationships
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong independence, responsibility, and teamwork skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Openness to working in a large, dynamic, international environment
