Apply in confidence →An international law firm is seeking lawyers at Lawyer, Associate, and Senior Associate levels to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in Warsaw.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Handling real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations
- Advising on investment projects and construction processes
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to real estate and construction projects
- Providing comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients
- Participating in local and international projects with cross-jurisdictional teams
- Independently managing projects, developing client relationships, and coordinating team members' work
- Supporting junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience
- Contributing to business development, publications, and industry events
Candidate profile:
- Admission to the Polish bar (radca prawny or adwokat) required for Associate and Senior Associate roles; law degree required for Lawyer role
- Professional experience in real estate, construction, or a related area
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management, and/or investment and construction processes
- Experience in independently managing projects and building client relationships
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong independence, responsibility, and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Openness to working in a large, dynamic, international environment
