Senior partner opportunity in Brussels for a lawyer focused on regulatory, data security and privacy matters. The role is with a well-established international US-headquartered firm expanding its regulatory and technology-related practice in continental Europe.

The partner will lead client work on privacy, data protection and related regulatory matters, build and manage a local team, and collaborate with cross-border colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements. The firm seeks a commercially minded leader who can advise corporate and institutional clients on compliance, risk mitigation and incident response.

Established partner or equivalent with a recognised practice in data protection, privacy and regulatory work.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business generation is required.
Deep knowledge of EU and Belgian data protection laws and practical experience advising on cross-border matters.
Capacity to lead a team, work collaboratively with international offices, and develop practice strategy in Brussels.
