Join a nationally recognised healthcare regulatory and professional discipline team that acts for medical defence organisations, insurers and private clients in regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal matters. The team operates across multiple UK offices and handles Fitness to Practise, inquests and related investigations.

The role is for a Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE to work on regulatory investigations (GMC/GDC and other regulators), inquests, police investigations and Trust disciplinary matters. The position offers hybrid working and client-facing responsibility with opportunities to conduct advocacy at pre-inquest reviews and inquests where appropriate.

The team is collaborative and provides supervision and development while expecting fee earners to manage cases with minimal oversight and meet financial and chargeable targets.

Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE
Experience in healthcare regulatory work (Fitness to Practise, investigations, inquests)
Advocacy experience and confidence in court/inquest settings
Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision, meet targets and supervise junior fee earners
Strong organisational, communication and team-working skills
