An established global law firm is seeking a junior- to mid-level Regulatory Environmental Associate to join its Washington, D.C. environmental practice. The role offers exposure to regulatory counseling and related litigation across a range of industries and matters handled by the office.

The successful candidate will work on federal environmental programs and regulatory matters involving chemicals, pesticides, consumer products, and emerging contaminants, and will collaborate with a cohesive team of regulatory lawyers.   • 1–5 years post-qualification experience in environmental law, based in Washington, D.C.
  • Familiarity with federal environmental programs and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience or strong interest in chemical/pesticide regulation, consumer products regulation, and emerging contaminant issues.
  • Environmental litigation experience a plus (researching complex issues, managing discovery, drafting motions).
  • Strong academic record, excellent drafting and research skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach to matters.
