Apply in confidence →Hybrid / remote-eligible US role for a junior to mid-level associate (2-4 years PQE) to join a national regulatory practice supporting financial services clients, with a particular focus on payments, licensing, and government enforcement matters.
The role will support senior lawyers on licensing applications and maintenance, multi-state licensing surveys, supervisory and investigative engagements with government examiners and enforcement counsel, document review and productions, and preparation of legal memoranda, client communications, and meeting materials. Candidates will draft talking points, presentations, and reports and may participate in client-facing meetings.
The team emphasizes mentorship, training, and collaborative client work. The position is open across US offices and will work closely with cross-office teams serving fintech and consumer financial services clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in the bar of the hiring office required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in regulatory, licensing, and/or enforcement matters
- Experience or interest in payments and consumer financial services preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills; comfortable managing multiple assignments and collaborating with senior attorneys
