Senior role within a large residential development practice advising housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners on complex land acquisition and development work. You will handle large-scale acquisitions, collaboration agreements, disposals of service parcels, funding arrangements, strategic options and urban regeneration matters.

The team provides a full-service residential development offering and works closely with planning, construction and litigation specialists to deliver end-to-end support for housebuilding clients. This role offers exposure to major national and regional developers and structured support for career progression.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in residential development / land acquisition work
Proven experience advising housebuilders, promoters or institutional landowners on acquisitions, options, conditional contracts and development agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating collaboration/joint venture arrangements and disposals of service parcels
Track record of mentoring or supervising more junior fee-earners and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
