Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Bankruptcy

Mid-level associate opportunity in a global firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency group. The role will sit in a US restructuring team and involves working on in‑court Chapter 11 cases and out‑of‑court restructurings across cross‑border matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, international practice and work with culturally diverse teams on complex bankruptcy matters. This role is open to candidates willing to be based in the firm’s US offices (New York or Miami).

• 3–5 years of relevant bankruptcy/restructuring experience
• Experience on in‑court Chapter 11 cases and out‑of‑court restructurings
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred but not required
• Admission and good standing in the New York or Florida bar
• Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural teams
