The group regularly handles cross‑border and high‑profile restructurings and offers strong training, mentoring and opportunities to work on sophisticated litigation and transactional matters. • 4–9 years of relevant Bankruptcy/Restructuring experience at a major law firm
• Experience drafting briefs, taking depositions and managing litigation matters
• Strong academic credentials and superior written and oral communication skills
• Active membership in the relevant state bar (New York) or ability to obtain admission
