The role will involve advising creditors, insurers and corporate clients on complex restructuring solutions and cross-border insolvency issues.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group handling high‑profile, market-facing mandates and will play a significant role in developing and leading client engagements. This is an opportunity to step into a senior role with substantial client contact and case ownership.

A portable practice is required; the firm is looking for a partner capable of bringing and growing client relationships while contributing to business development and team leadership.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and reinsurance or insurance-related insolvency work
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business required
Strong technical knowledge of Canadian insolvency legislation and cross-border restructuring
Excellent leadership, business development and team management skills; admitted to the relevant Canadian bar
