Risk & Compliance Counsel — Compliance & Regulatory

Seeking a Risk & Compliance Counsel to join a national team advising on conflicts, new-business intake, lateral hire reviews, and related ethical and compliance matters. The role supports intake and risk-management processes, drafts waivers and walls, counsels attorneys on professional responsibility issues, and participates in firmwide projects and training.

This position is open to candidates across multiple U.S. locations with consideration for fully remote U.S. arrangements. The role works closely with the office of general counsel, risk-management leadership, and new-business/conflicts teams.

• Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of relevant law firm or corporate OGC experience with strong knowledge of conflicts and new-client intake policies
• Excellent legal research, analytical, judgment, and communication skills
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and experience advising attorneys and staff
• Project management and organizational abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Intapp Conflicts/Intake/Terms/Walls preferred
