National US law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Intellectual Property practice with a focus on Section 337 matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, including a virtual option.

The associate will handle ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, and will work closely with attorneys in the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice group. A technical degree is not required; strong IP litigation experience is essential.

The firm seeks proactive, client-focused candidates who demonstrate excellent judgment, the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure, and strong interpersonal and written advocacy skills. The firm is committed to diversity and offers competitive benefits and bonus opportunities.

  • 3–6 years' post-qualification experience with U.S. ITC (Section 337) litigation preferred
  • Participation in at least two Section 337 matters and familiarity with ITC procedures and remedies
  • Solid background in IP litigation (patent experience preferred); technical degree not required
  • Active bar admission in the office jurisdiction or commitment to obtain admission promptly
  • Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and advocacy skills, and ability to work under pressure
