Mid-level to senior associate role in a national structured finance/securitization practice. The team advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on asset-backed securities, warehouse financings, SPV facilities and related structured transactions with frequent cross‑border features.

Hiring is flexible across multiple U.S. offices (examples include Charlotte, Chicago, New York and other U.S. locations); candidates must be U.S.‑qualified and able to work from the U.S. The team is collaborative and handles a mix of lender‑side financings, securitizations and mortgage finance matters.

4–8 years post‑qualification experience in securitization, asset‑backed or structured finance transactions
Demonstrable experience with ABS, warehouse financing, SPV financing or mortgage finance matters
Strong academic credentials and prior sophisticated law firm transaction experience
U.S. bar admission (or eligibility) and ability to be based in a U.S. office
