Top-tier capital markets team is hiring mid- to senior-level associates for its Charlotte office. The role focuses on securitization, structured finance and related structured products, supporting financings across corporate and real estate-backed transactions.

Successful candidates will have substantial law-firm experience on securitization or structured finance matters and strong academic credentials. Work will involve drafting transactional documents, coordinating with deal teams and advising on financing structures.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant securitization/structured finance experience at a law firm
Experience with securitizations, structured products, or related asset-backed financings (CLO, CMBS, repo or ABL experience a plus)
Excellent academic record and strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage deal workstreams and collaborate across teams
