Leading projects, infrastructure and construction disputes team in Sydney is seeking a senior associate or experienced associate with strong dispute resolution experience. The role focuses on representing contractors and principals in litigation, arbitration, adjudication and day-to-day contract administration issues on large-scale infrastructure and construction matters.

You will join a collaborative, high-performing team that advises on end-to-end project issues from procurement and contract negotiation through to dispute management and resolution. The role offers exposure to nationally significant projects and cross-jurisdictional work across the firm’s projects practice.

The team values commercial judgment, high-quality drafting, and the use of technology to drive efficiency; there are mentoring and client-facing opportunities for lawyers who can manage matters with limited supervision.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with 3–8 years PQE
Demonstrable dispute resolution experience in construction, infrastructure or major projects (litigation, arbitration, adjudication and contract administration)
Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with attention to detail
Ability to manage client relationships and supervise junior lawyers in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and a commercial approach to matters
