Top-tier national finance team is hiring a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its UK practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated financing work across real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, including UK and cross-border transactions.

You will work with a mix of banks, investment lenders, independent funders and corporate borrowers, supporting on drafting, negotiating and advising on complex finance documentation and helping to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.

The team emphasises technical excellence, collaborative working and clear development pathways, with opportunities to build specialist expertise and contribute to business development.

5+ years post-qualification experience in banking & finance (PQE)
Experience across real estate finance, leveraged finance and/or corporate lending
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on complex finance documentation
Commercial, client-focused approach and ability to work in a high-performing national team
