Senior Associate, Banking & Finance — Sydney

Top-tier Sydney office is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team. The role involves leading complex lending and finance transactions across commercial and syndicated lending matters, working closely with senior lawyers and cross-practice teams.

This is an opportunity to take on significant transactional responsibility in a high-quality practice known for sophisticated banking work. The successful candidate will handle deal drafting, negotiation, client-facing work and mentoring junior fee-earners.

• Admitted lawyer in Australia (or eligible for admission).
• Several years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance transactions; proven experience on lending and syndicated loan matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with commercial acumen and the ability to manage client relationships.
• Team-oriented, able to mentor junior lawyers and work across practices.
