Senior Associate role within a leading international firm's Banking & Finance practice, based in Warsaw. The role focuses on project and structured finance matters, advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other financial counterparties on complex financing transactions and related restructuring work.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation, preparing legal opinions and direct/escrow agreements, supporting and leading transaction closings, and supervising junior team members. The position offers exposure to large-scale project and structured financings across energy, real estate and cross-border transactions.

Master's degree in Polish law.
Advocate or Attorney-at-Law qualification for at least 3 years.
5–7 years' relevant transactional experience in banking, project and/or structured finance; experience with out-of-court financial restructuring is a plus.
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction-closing skills; experience managing junior lawyers.
Excellent written and spoken Polish and English.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive team player with commercial awareness and interest in business development.
