Join a specialist banking team advising on clean energy and future energy financings. This role is open to candidates based in London or Bristol and offers flexible, full-time working arrangements.

The role focuses on project and development financings across renewables and adjacent technologies, including drafting and negotiating LMA-style facility agreements, security and intercreditor documentation, hedging arrangements and ancillary project documents. You will lead drafting work, manage financial close processes, supervise more junior lawyers and contribute to precedent development and team know‑how.

There is also exposure to business development activities and cross-practice collaboration with construction, real estate, commercial and regulatory specialists.

Qualified Solicitor with 4–7 years PQE and demonstrable project finance experience in the energy sector
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the confidence to lead on facility agreements, security packages and intercreditor documentation
Experience supervising associates/trainees and managing due diligence and financial close processes
Commercial awareness, good client skills and some exposure to business development
Organised, proactive and collaborative with excellent analytical and communication skills
