Senior associate role within a busy commercial real estate team, working across development, corporate occupier and public sector property matters. The role is open to candidates based in Manchester or Newcastle and is part of a cross-office structure delivering regional and national work.

Work includes leasing, investment sales/purchases, acquisitions/disposals and acting for developers, corporates, funds and public-sector bodies. You will collaborate with specialists in planning, construction, finance and corporate to deliver integrated advice on complex projects.

The team is expanding following new panel appointments and client wins; the successful candidate will receive strong supervision, take responsibility for key tasks on large matters and contribute to business development and client relationship activity.

Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial real estate.
Experience across landlord & tenant, commercial acquisitions and disposals; transactional real estate experience essential.
Strong technical drafting and due diligence skills with commercial awareness.
Proven ability to manage workload, meet tight deadlines and work within client protocols.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development/client care.
