Senior associate role in a global construction advisory and disputes team, based in either Shanghai or Beijing. The role combines live project support with formal dispute work (arbitration, court proceedings, mediation, adjudication) and offers early responsibility on significant matters.

The team provides structured training, collaborative support and a competitive employment package including annual leave and private medical cover. You will lead strategic case management, draft witness statements and court documents, negotiate settlements, and liaise with clients, experts and external counsel.

4–7 years PQE (mid- to senior-associate level)
Strong international construction law experience: contracts, claims, negotiation and dispute resolution
Experience with arbitration and other formal dispute processes
Commercial mindset, strong drafting and case-management skills
PRC and/or foreign legal qualification desirable; degree from a top law school
Excellent English and Mandarin (written and spoken); proactive and collaborative
