Senior Associate opportunity within a market-leading Brisbane construction and infrastructure practice. The role focuses on front-end construction work: procurement, preparing and negotiating construction contracts, and advising on legal and regulatory issues for major projects.

You will contribute to a busy projects team advising a mix of public and private stakeholders across transport, energy (generation, transmission and storage), oil & gas, water, social infrastructure and commercial development sectors.

6–12 months recent experience at senior-associate level on major construction or infrastructure projects, advising owners or contractors
Strong private practice experience; in-house experience within construction/projects desirable
Excellent drafting skills and commercial, pragmatic legal advice
Proactive, resilient self-starter able to work autonomously and in a fast-paced team; strong attention to detail
