A leading Australian law practice is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Melbourne construction team focusing on front-end project work. The role will handle procurement documentation, early-stage project agreements and advisory work for major infrastructure and built-environment clients.

The successful candidate will join a busy, collaborative team, advising on contract strategy, risk allocation and negotiation during project inception and procurement. There are strong opportunities to work on high-profile projects and to develop technical expertise in construction contracts and procurement frameworks.

Strong construction law experience, with a focus on front-end/project inception work
Senior associate level experience (relevant PQE/years in practice)
Experience drafting and negotiating construction and procurement documents
Excellent commercial judgment, written communication and stakeholder management skills
Admission to practise in Australia (or eligible to be admitted)
