Established real estate finance/private credit experience at a major firm or comparable environment
Excellent legal drafting, analytical and research skills; commercial judgement on transactional matters
Strong client-service and relationship-management capability; experience supporting pitches
Proven team player with mentoring experience for junior lawyers
