Join a band‑1 projects disputes team advising on complex, high‑value construction and infrastructure disputes across Australia and the region. You'll work on matters arising from major mining, infrastructure, property development, social infrastructure and renewable energy projects, using arbitration, Supreme Court litigation and a range of ADR mechanisms.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with a hybrid working model. The team offers interstate work opportunities, structured learning and clear career development support including international secondment options.

Recent promotion to Senior Associate or equivalent experience in construction/projects disputes.
Experience advising on construction and infrastructure disputes, including arbitration and court proceedings.
Ability to manage larger matters, lead components of work and collaborate across teams and offices.
Willingness to contribute to business development (pitches, articles, events) and mentor junior lawyers.
