This senior associate role will sit within the firm's construction practice and is open across the group's UK network, with opportunities to work on matters across England & Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
The role focuses on building safety, remediation procurement strategies and high-value construction disputes, including arbitration and court proceedings. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams (legal, technical and commercial) advising major developers, contractors and other industry participants on post-Grenfell regulatory and liability developments.
There is scope to develop a substantive contentious practice, advise on professional negligence and lead on client-facing matters while contributing to team growth and business development across the region.
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 5 PQE in construction litigation
- Experience of construction disputes and ideally professional negligence work
- Familiarity with building safety, remediation strategies and related regulatory developments
- Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and jurisdictions
- Team player with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, business-development mindset
