Senior corporate lawyer role based in Luxembourg with a top-tier international full-service firm. The team is active on corporate and M&A matters and works closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers immediate responsibility on transactional work, opportunities for professional development, individual coaching and international secondments. You'll work in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy team and support both local and cross-border mandates.

We are seeking a proactive lawyer able to provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients and to manage multiple matters concurrently.

Minimum 5 years' experience in Luxembourg corporate law, with relevant M&A exposure
Qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar
Fluent written and spoken English and French; additional languages (e.g. German, Luxembourgish) advantageous
Strong legal analysis, concise drafting and client-facing skills
Self-motivated, organised, able to lead or contribute in team settings and manage multiple matters
