Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A) — Athens

Senior associate role within a leading international corporate practice, based in Athens. The team works on complex domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions and is integrated with an international network of offices.

The role will lead and manage significant transactions, advise on deal structure and governance, oversee due diligence, draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, and coordinate cross-border teams. The position has a strong sector focus on real estate and hospitality.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, international practice where you will supervise junior lawyers, contribute to business development, and work on high‑profile transactional matters.

• Qualified to practise under Greek law (England & Wales qualification an asset).
• 4–8 years' post‑qualification experience in corporate law with a strong M&A focus.
• Proven transactional experience in real estate and hospitality deals.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial awareness; experience managing due diligence and cross‑border teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English.
