Join a leading international full‑service law firm as a senior corporate associate focused on mergers & acquisitions. You will work on a broad range of transactional matters, including buy‑ and sell‑side deals, joint ventures, and strategic corporate transactions across industries.

The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting and managing due diligence, coordinating with cross‑functional teams (including regulatory, tax and IP specialists), and supporting partners on complex matters. Strong client communication and project management skills are required.

4–5 years post‑qualification corporate/M&A experience at a major law firm or equivalent.

Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
