Join a growing UK corporate team as an Associate / Senior Associate focused on transactional work. You will lead and manage a varied deal flow for UK and international clients, including M&A, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, public takeovers, IPOs and equity fundraisings.

The role sits within an established, collegiate team working across multiple UK offices. You will be a primary client contact on matters, supervising junior fee-earners and contributing to business development and the team's learning programme.

Applicants should be 5+ PQE with demonstrable transactional experience; there is clear scope for progression to partner for strong performers.

5+ years PQE in corporate transactions, with hands-on M&A experience
Proven ability to act as primary client contact and manage high-value, complex matters
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills and attention to service delivery
Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 from a Russell Group university or equivalent)
Comfortable with proactive matter and financial management, and contributing to BD and team development
