We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Associate to join a leading London corporate transactions team focused on Gambling and Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) M&A. The role offers regular exposure to cross‑border buy‑ and sell‑side deals for both household-name and growth clients across online and retail gambling, digital media, gaming and related investors.

You will lead and manage transaction workstreams, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with specialist teams (IP, data protection, commercial tech, gambling regulatory, competition and disputes) to deliver complex, industry‑specific deals. There are strong opportunities to build sector expertise, develop client relationships and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate/M&A.
Proven experience on cross‑border transaction work, ideally with exposure to Gambling and/or TMC sectors.
Excellent drafting and commercial advisory skills; able to produce bespoke documentation and clear client communications.
Experience supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
Comfortable adopting and applying AI tools to enhance efficiency and delivery.
