Seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment team in Atlanta. The role focuses on defending employers in individual and complex employment litigation (including EEOC matters, class and collective actions) and providing day-to-day advice on workplace issues.

This is a client-facing position that offers substantive responsibility, collaboration with senior lawyers, and professional development through formal training and hands-on matter management. The team handles a broad mix of litigation and counseling matters for sophisticated employer clients.

4–6 years' experience for Senior Associate level; 7–10 years' experience considered for Counsel level
Proven litigation experience defending employment matters, including multi-plaintiff, EEOC, and class/collective actions
Experience advising employers on workplace compliance and practical business solutions
Excellent written and oral advocacy, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Judicial clerkship a plus
Admission to the Georgia bar required
