A U.S.-based Global Trade Finance team is seeking a senior associate or counsel with significant structured finance and securitization experience to support lender-side trade receivables, supply-chain finance and related asset-backed financings. The role emphasizes private trade receivables securitization, trade AR monetization and supply-chain structures; capital markets exposure is helpful but not required.

The team represents banks, funds and other financial institutions on cross-border and domestic transactions that may include off-balance-sheet structuring for GAAP/IFRS, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP or balance-sheet funding. The group is open to placing candidates in multiple U.S. offices; relevant experience is more important than location.

  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in structured finance and securitization.
  • Demonstrated experience on lender-side private trade receivables securitizations, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization or similar trade AR transactions.
  • U.S.-qualified lawyer practicing from the U.S.; strong transactional deal sheet required with application.
  • Cross-border transaction experience and familiarity with off-balance-sheet and intercreditor structures preferred; capital markets experience a plus.
