Experienced structured finance lawyer sought for a U.S.-based role within a global trade finance practice. The team advises banks, funds and other financial institutions on transactions involving trade receivables, inventory and related trade assets.

Work will focus on lender-side private trade receivables securitizations, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization and similar trade A/R matters; capital markets experience is a plus but not required. Transactions frequently have cross-border elements and may involve off-balance-sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP or balance-sheet funding.

Hiring is flexible across multiple U.S. offices (candidates must be U.S. lawyers practicing from the U.S.). Please include a deal sheet with your application; relevant transaction experience is more important than class year.

  • Minimum 5 years of structured finance / securitization experience (senior associate or counsel level)
  • Strong experience with lender‑side private trade receivables securitization, supply‑chain finance and trade receivables monetization
  • Comfort with cross‑border financings, off‑balance‑sheet structuring (GAAP/IFRS) and intercreditor arrangements
  • U.S. bar admission and ability to practice from the U.S.; please provide a deal sheet highlighting relevant matters
