Experienced employment lawyer sought to join a recognised, Tier 1 employment team in Bristol. The team advises a range of market-leading employers across financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors on both contentious and advisory work.

The role offers a busy mix of tribunal and High Court litigation (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract), non-contentious projects including restructures, TUPE and cross-border work, and ongoing client advisory matters. There is scope to supervise trainees and paralegals and to contribute to business development and internal knowledge-sharing.

Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience (senior associate level)
Track record of handling Employment Tribunal and other contentious employment litigation
Experience advising employers in the financial services sector and multinational commercial clients desirable
Practical experience of restructures (redundancy and TUPE) and cross-jurisdictional employment issues
Strong commercial judgment, confident communicator and ability to build client relationships
Enthusiastic team player with experience supervising junior fee-earners and contributing to business development
