Senior Associate, Employment — Bristol

An established Employment team in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy practice advising employers across financial services, healthcare and commercial sectors. The role offers significant exposure to both contentious and advisory employment work, including tribunal and High Court litigation.

Day-to-day work will include handling complex discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims, supporting restructures (redundancy and TUPE) including cross‑border elements, and providing general advisory support to clients. The post also involves supervising junior fee-earners and contributing to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Typically 5+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Proven experience of tribunal and other contentious employment litigation.
• Experience advising employers, preferably including financial services and multi-national commercial clients.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, supervise junior team members and contribute to business development and training.
