The role offers exposure to complex discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, alongside non-contentious projects such as restructures and multi-jurisdictional TUPE matters. There are opportunities to support and supervise trainees and paralegals and to contribute to business development and internal knowledge initiatives.

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law
• Experience handling tribunal claims and other contentious employment litigation
• Ideally experienced advising multinational commercial clients
• Commercial, independent thinker with strong client-facing and communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and some supervisory experience
