Join a large, nationally integrated Employment, Pensions and Immigration team as a Bristol-based associate. The team advises a broad range of employer clients across financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial sectors, handling both contentious and advisory work.

The role offers a varied caseload including tribunal and High Court litigation, complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters, TUPE and redundancy projects (including cross‑jurisdictional elements), and day‑to‑day employment advisory work. There are opportunities to supervise trainees and paralegals and to support business development and internal knowledge activities.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years PQE
Experience handling employment tribunal and other contentious employment matters
Experience advising employer clients, ideally including financial services, multinational commercial or public‑sector organisations
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work on cross‑jurisdictional restructures (TUPE/redundancy)
Strong commercial judgement, client‑facing skills and clear written and oral communication
Team player with initiative and an appetite for business development and mentoring junior colleagues
