Join a partner-led Serious Injury team in Newcastle handling high-value, catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident claims. You'll work on cases involving brain injury, spinal injury, amputations and polytrauma, collaborating with medical experts, rehabilitation specialists, case managers and counsel to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The role involves managing a personal caseload with supervision, supporting complex technical litigation, building trusted relationships with vulnerable clients, and contributing to the team's business development and service standards. The team is experienced in achieving multi‑million pound settlements and is recognised in legal directories.

Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years' PQE)
Genuine interest in serious injury/personal injury litigation and working with vulnerable clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport and explain complex issues compassionately
Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise, maintain high standards of file and risk management, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary stakeholders
