Senior Associate role within a national employment team based across Australia. The position covers a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including internal investigations, employee relations, restructuring, drafting employment documentation and supporting transactional work.

The role requires regular liaison with regional and international counsel, advising multinational and local employers across sectors such as energy, transport, mining & resources, construction, insurance, financial services and technology. You will handle complex disputes in local courts, settlement negotiations and immigration-related employment issues.

Extensive experience advising on employment and workplace matters, including investigations and dispute resolution.
Experience gained at a large-scale international or regional top-tier law firm preferred.
Ability to engage confidently with clients and to develop business proactively.
Strong academic background and legal qualifications in Australia; Australia‑wide experience an advantage.
Mature, flexible team-player with a proactive, self-motivated approach to delivery and business development.
