Senior Associate, Employment & Labor — Sydney

The role involves advising and representing employers in state and federal tribunals and courts (including unfair dismissal, general protections, contractual disputes and discrimination matters), and opportunities for client‑facing work and internal secondments.

• Qualified employment lawyer with 4+ years' relevant post‑qualification experience (private practice or in‑house).
• Advocacy experience preferred, or a willingness to develop advocacy skills across industrial tribunals and courts (IRC/FWC, Supreme and Federal Courts).
• Strong drafting and advisory skills on workplace disputes, unfair dismissal, general protections and discrimination matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a national team and manage client relationships; openness to flexible working arrangements.
