Senior Associate, Employment & Labour — Sydney

Senior associate opportunity in a national employment, labour and safety team based in Sydney. The role focuses on advising employers and organisations on workplace relations, employment disputes, regulatory compliance and workplace health & safety matters.

Day-to-day work will include conducting investigations, advising on entitlements and termination processes, preparing and defending employment litigation and tribunal matters, and providing practical counsel on complex industrial and WHS issues. The role offers client-facing responsibility and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers.

• Admission to practice in Australia.
• Solid experience in employment law, industrial relations and workplace health & safety.
• Proven advisory and advocacy skills in tribunals and courts.
• Strong drafting, project management and client relationship abilities; experience supervising junior staff.
