Senior associate role within a market-leading employment team advising UK and multinational employer clients across contentious and advisory matters. The team covers the full range of employment work including tribunal and high‑court litigation, discrimination, restrictive covenants, collective labour/industrial relations, TUPE and transactional employment support.

The role expects you to provide technically strong, commercial advice, manage your own matters and build client relationships. You will work on a mix of advisory and litigation work, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development and team initiatives.

5–8 years post-qualification experience in employment law
Strong technical knowledge across employment litigation and advisory matters (discrimination, collective bargaining, TUPE, restrictive covenants)
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; attention to detail
Proven ability to manage matters and supervise junior fee-earners; client-facing experience
Demonstrable interest in business development/marketing activities and proactive, commercial mindset
