Experienced employment lawyer sought to join a market-leading Employment team in London. The role offers hands-on responsibility on high-profile employment litigation and strategic advisory work, including cross-border projects, large-scale restructurings and complex employee protection matters.

You will work closely with senior fee-earners on sophisticated Employment Tribunal and High Court matters, manage your own caseload with supervision, and gain significant client exposure. There are strong opportunities to develop a visible practice and contribute to business development within an international employment group.

6-8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong City/large-firm training with excellent academic credentials
Proven experience in employment litigation and advisory work; exposure to restrictive covenants, injunctions and employee protection matters advantageous
Ability to manage complex, cross-border projects and to liaise with multi‑disciplinary teams
Commercial, pragmatic drafting and advocacy skills, plus appetite for client-facing work and business development
