Apply in confidence →Top-tier global law firm seeks a Senior Associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice in New York, Washington, D.C., or Silicon Valley. The group advises on compensation and benefits issues across transactional and advisory matters for corporate clients.
The role focuses on executive compensation work in the context of M&A and other corporate transactions: designing and documenting equity- and cash-based incentive arrangements, counseling on securities disclosure and compliance for executive pay, and coordinating cross-office teams. The team values lawyers who can manage multiple matters and run deals with limited supervision.
Applicants must provide a resume/CV through the firm application system; a cover letter and law school transcript are encouraged. U.S. lawyer applicants must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to a U.S. bar.
- Significant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in M&A transactions
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation arrangements and securities disclosure requirements for executive pay
- Proven ability to manage transactions independently and handle multiple matters in a fast-paced practice
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. bar
