Senior Associate role within a market‑leading Health practice in Sydney, focused on medical malpractice, complex liabilities and related regulatory matters. The team advises on high‑complexity health disputes, coronial matters and negligence claims, acting for government and institutional clients.

The position offers ownership of matters, client engagement, mentoring of junior lawyers and regular appearances in NSW courts and coronial proceedings. The team is collaborative and supports flexible working while expecting high technical standards and client service.

Minimum 5 years post‑admission / PQE in health‑related disputes, including medical malpractice and/or coronial law
Experience in NSW District and Supreme Courts and familiarity with the Coroner's Court
Strong drafting and advisory skills in complex regulatory and liability matters
Proven client‑service focus and ability to manage files autonomously while mentoring junior staff
