Senior Associate role in Bangkok within a strong insurance and commercial disputes team. You will lead day-to-day management of complex insurance and commercial litigation matters, including Thai court proceedings, multi-party and cross-border disputes, and coordination with foreign counsel and arbitrators.

The role requires preparing and settling pleadings, managing evidence, attending hearings and trials, and delivering clear, commercially focused advice and correspondence in Thai and English. You will supervise junior lawyers, manage client relationships and contribute to business development and team growth.

6–8 years’ post-qualification experience in Thailand; qualified to practice in Thailand
Proven experience in commercial litigation before Thai courts; ability to lead case strategy and manage procedural steps
Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional disputes and/or international arbitration preferred
Thai fluency required; strong written and spoken English desirable
Strong drafting, analytical and supervisory skills; ability to manage matters with limited supervision
