Senior Associate opportunity in a growing insurance and disputes team based in Bangkok. The role involves leading complex, high-value insurance and commercial litigation matters with cross-border elements and coordination with foreign counsel and arbitrators.

You'll manage Thai court proceedings, develop case strategy, draft and settle pleadings, supervise junior lawyers, and maintain client relationships. The role requires working in both Thai and English and contributing to business development and team growth within an international firm environment.

6–8 years post-qualification experience in Thailand
Qualified to practice in Thailand; fluent Thai and strong written and spoken English
Proven experience in commercial litigation before Thai courts; ability to manage procedural steps, draft key pleadings and appear at hearings
Experience with insurance disputes and/or cross-border matters, including arbitration or multi-jurisdictional litigation
Demonstrable ability to lead case progress, supervise junior lawyers and produce clear, commercially focused advice in Thai and English
