Senior Associate, Insurance (Workers' Compensation) — Perth

An established Australian insurance practice is hiring an experienced workers' compensation lawyer to join its Perth team. The role is hands-on, working predominantly on defendant-side statutory insurance matters including workers' compensation, recoveries and compulsory third party files.

• At least 3+ years post-admission experience in Workers' Compensation law
• Experience on the defendant side preferred; plaintiff-side candidates open to moving to defendant work will be considered

• High attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in workers' compensation
